Hours of Operation

 

Clubhouse:

• General Hours: Mon-Sat (8 AM - 10 PM) / Sunday (9 AM - 8 PM)

• Front Desk: Weekdays (8 AM - 8 PM) / Weekends (12-8 PM) 

• Golf Pro and Gift Shop: Daily (7 AM - 7 PM)

• Virginian Dining Room:

Tues-Fri 11 AM - 8 PM

Sat Lunch 11 AM - 2 PM  

Sun Brunch 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

 

Fitness Center:

• General Hours: Daily (5 AM-11 PM). Access before 5 AM or after 5 PM require an activated ID card to enter. Cards are obtained at the Clubhouse Front Desk.

Indoor Pool:

Open year round

• 2019 Winter Season - Labor Day to Memorial Day 

• Weekday Hours: 6 AM- 9 PM

• Weekends & Holidays Hours: 8 AM-6 PM

• Guests Under 18: 

  • Weekdays: 1-3 PM

  • Weekends and Holidays - 12-4 PM

Outdoor Pool:

Open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend​

• Daily: 10 AM to 8 PM 

• Guest Under 18 Hours: 

  • Monday - Saturday: 10 AM-1 PM

  • Sundays and Holidays: 4-6 PM

 

Marsh Mansion

• General Hours: Weekdays (9 AM - 9 PM) / Weekends (9 AM - 6:30 PM)

• HOA Offices: Weekdays (8 AM - 5 PM) / Closed on major Holidays

 

Community Communications:

Heritage Hunt HOA has several communication resources to help you stay connected to Association news and happenings. Below are our current resources. To learn more about each just click on the the title and to see our Communications Policy please click HERE.

• The Heritage Horn - The official monthly publication/newsletter for Heritage Hunt HOA

• E-communicator - Regular email communication from the HOA. Click HERE to subscribe. A confirmation email will be sent to you after subscribing, please complete instructions and submit. 

• T-communicator - A telephone communication tool used by the HOA for emergency and important announcements.

• Resident Directory - The community provides (1) print directory per household. This directory is updated every (2) years and is not meant for distribution to non-resident parties nor solicitation for business purposes. You may always utilize the online resident directory for the most up to date listing of information. Updates to the printed directory must be submitted in writing utilizing the Heritage Hunt Directories form. You can click HERE or visit the Clubhouse Front Desk kiosk or Mansion Mansion Library kiosk to pick up a copy. You may turn in the completed form to the Clubhouse Front Desk or HOA offices at the Marsh Mansion.

• HHTV - The television announcement tool found on Channels 971 & 972.

• Facebook - Regular social media outlet highlighting important community activities and announcements.
